I began baking cookies during the Covid pandemic, a hobby sparked by my mother's passing and the lockdown. She loved to bake, and it was my way of feeling connected to her. Unexpectedly, my baking hobby blossomed. Initially, I had no plans to sell them, but suddenly I found myself preparing and decorating a thousand cookies for an autumn festival in Pennsylvania, which I attended after a bucket list cross-country drive. Upon returning to Los Angeles, there was a demand for hand-painted my cookies, leading me to sell them for Thanksgiving and eventually designing Christmas cookies. They are crafted from my mother's sugar cookie recipe, which has been slightly modified for larger batches. I use only local butter from a small-herd dairy and eggs from pasture-raised chickens, ensuring the finest quality ingredients in every cookie.
