We custom curate each room personally and select products to create a Concept Ready Inspiration Board using proprietary technology that embeds all the shopping links for your selected board. Beyond all of the Design Elements, (like bedding, art, furniture, etal...) it includes literally everything under the sun. There are dozens and dozens of items on this exhaustive list, and options for everything. We have used our decades of experience in design, staging and provisioning to make Move-In Day painless for your student. You are in the drivers seat selecting each individual product with shopping links for your needs. You control the timeline, the destination and which specific products you want. We can send you a sample board so you can see what we are talking about and how it functions, ( this will be for a different project and it won't be embedded with anything dorm related). 

Because of the digital nature of this product once you have it is yours, it is ready to shop. As a result, we can't offer refunds. We know you are going to be so happy with our rooms.

We do not have control over pricing, or availability. When we send you your product, the links have been checked but stock levels can change without notice. As we state in our policies, actual products and availability is out of our control. We encourage you to use your shopping links knowing they can be time sensitive. If you have a problem link immediately and no options automatically populate, please reach out to support and in some cases we can source a new item for you. 

Nope. These are clean links. We have spent hundreds of hours in procurement. We are charging you only for our design and the board with the embedded links. 

We have support available to you via email, and also have a private Facebook community where you can interact and converse with other parents/students who are going through the same experience. We also have team members available and active in that group helping and answering questions. If you reach out to support please allow 48 business hours for someone to respond.
